?? In times of uncertainty, the Olympics remind me of the power of individuals united by a collective Purpose. It's a perfect example of how a team, driven by shared Principles and a singular Priority, can achieve extraordinary results. ?? At UNR, we see our workplace not as a family, but as a podium-owning team. Priority: Gold For our Olympics Ident, George sparked an idea and soon everyone assembled with references & storyboards. Riley kicked things off with his amazing work on Tokyo, Helen was hand drawing for Barcelona, Ben was animating and editing, always editing. Josh was designing and animating more & more countries, Dalma was sound designing alongside some of our UNR trusted freelance team; Chris & Cian. George always envisioning, mentoring, and building filters. Kristiane masterfully marshalling with Mia & Munah, Dan squeezing time in schedules no one else could see. The dedication was incredible - everyone put in extra hours all over because this Purpose became our team rocket fuel. And the result? Pure gold! ?? Each member smashed their goals individually and collectively as The Unreasonable Team. An absolute dream brief and privilege to transform & evolve one of the most iconic brands ever - one that has occupied a space in my heart ever since that first toe dip in the pool. There's so much to unpack and I would love to expand on every little choice we made in the evolution... But in summary our guiding brand thought was ??♀? 'For the Love of swim' ??♂? Putting the swimmer at the heart of every single design decision. Seeing the new logo perform at the olympics has to be a highlight of the year so far. A monumental work of love and dedication from the team at Anomaly that helped craft it throughout the process ??
