The UNLV Real Estate & Business Society had an incredible opportunity to host former Mayor of Henderson, Debra March , who shared her extensive experience in public service and community development.
Debra March has been a trailblazer in Nevada. She served as the Mayor of Henderson from 2017 to 2023 and was the first woman to become a park ranger in the state. Her career is marked by a strong focus on economic development, including the establishment of the Las Vegas Raiders HQ and driving the growth of the city during her tenure. She founded the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, creating the opportunities we reap today at the UNLV Lied Center for Real Estate.
