    When you've got a go-live to celebrate, you need a sweet treat ???? Our team had the privilege of popping by the IOR office this week to celebrate the successful go-live of Servicely. We had a great time catching up with the brilliant team at IOR and eating a few too many cupcakes. Over the past few months, we've worked alongside IOR to configure and deploy the Servicely platform, focussing on IT Service Management, Change Management, CMDB and IT asset management. With Servicely, IOR has a single system of record across their IT workload, is better equipped to manage IT services as they continue to grow, and has enhanced the employee experience for the IT team and end-users across IOR. We're very proud to be supporting this amazing business and we'd like to thank the entire team for the collaboration.     ?? Sneak Peek! ?? Building out a knowledge base takes far too much writing. Knowing where to start and what articles to prioritise is also tricky. We're working on a new feature that lets you turn end-user searches into AI-generated articles in just a few clicks. This will be extended to tickets, enabling the creation of self-service knowledge articles based on recurring issues. Best of all, the AI will pull from organisational information, policies and other articles to tailor the knowledge article to you.
