I still remember my journey over 16 years ago: walking through airports in Minsk, Prague, Pennsylvania, and finally landing in Salt Lake City. Coming to the U.S. was both exciting and overwhelming. I was stepping into a new world with big dreams of a career in tech, but I felt unsure about what would come ahead. There were moments of excitement and times I felt lost, wondering if I would ever truly find my voice or feel at home in this fast-paced, often male-dominated industry. Over the years, I’ve learned that finding confidence and belonging takes time, courage, and support. The Women in Leadership program at University of Utah Executive Education has shown me what I believed deep down all along: we are stronger together, and women can lift each other up in powerful ways. Through this program, I’ve connected with women who share similar experiences and are equally committed to making a difference. I’m also deeply grateful for the support I’ve received from many leaders throughout my journey. Their encouragement has helped me grow and reminded me of the importance of having advocates from all backgrounds. As I continue this journey, I look forward to helping other women find their own paths, just as others have helped me. If you're seeking your path and looking for an ally, I’d be happy to connect and support in any way I can. #NatalliaThoughts #WomenInLeadership #WomenInTech #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #WomenSupportingWomen #CareerInspiration
