UMD Hospital and Public Health InterdisciPlinarY Research (HAPPY) Laboratory

This research lab is led by Dr. Jie Chen, and is located in the Health Policy and Management Department in the School of Public Health at the University of Maryland College Park. The aim of this lab is to study system-level care coordination among hospitals, communities, and public health agencies that can improve population mental health and reduce health disparities. Our group uses interdisciplinary approaches and involves collaboration with clinical leaders, community partners and organizational decision-makers.
