From start to finish, Conference & Event Services' (CES) staff can lighten your load for all facets of conference management and meeting/event planning, including: -Program development -Marketing and promotion -Financial management -Facility reservations -Speaker arrangements -Online registration -On-site services such as food, AV, or parking -Summer conferences -Intern Housing Our certified event planning team is experienced with all sizes and styles of conferences and events that attract local, regional, national and international participants. We are available to coordinate the event on campus, around Cincinnati, or anywhere across the country. As a one-stop certified organization, one phone call allows CES staff to coordinate facility rental, catering, parking and equipment rental.
