From childhood fascination to a themed entertainment career, Dionte Henderson is a Sr. Manager of Engineering and Safety, having led projects like the Jurassic World VelociCoaster. His passion for STEAM education and representation advocacy led to the creation of the new Universal Orlando Resort Youth Program, Jurassic World VelociCoaster: Breaking Down the DNA. Dionte's vision for a program for students became a reality in 2025 with the help of his fellow project Team Members and members of the Youth Programs team, including Regina and Nick. Regina shares, "Bringing this program to life was a team effort. We really couldn’t have done this without the Universal Creative team." This program aims to inspire the next generation of theme park creatives, showing them they belong in these roles.
