Change is never easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. Over the last 11 years, we’ve built something special. Along the way, we’ve learned invaluable lessons—some through success, others through challenges. These lessons have shaped us, and now we’re channeling them into something even bigger. We’re taking our product to the next level: ? Improving quality at every step. ? Streamlining manufacturing for faster lead times. ? Adding layers of processes and quality control to ensure excellence. To achieve this, we’ve assembled a team of brilliant minds dedicated to innovation and execution. At the same time, we’re empowering key team members to get back to what made us a great company: a customer-first focus. This is more than an upgrade—it’s a transformation. It’s about reimagining how we serve our customers, how we lead our industry, and how we prepare for the future. So, here’s our message: Look Out. Not just for what’s coming, but for how we’ll continue to grow, innovate, and set new standards. After all, it’s not just our street address—it’s the vision for where we’re headed. #Leadership #Innovation #Growth #LookOut #QualityControl #CustomerFocus #TheNextChapter Universal Screens

Monday marks the beginning of a new chapter for us—a blend of nerves, excitement, and gratitude. Joe Cerda, Glenn, and I began in 2013 in a modest 10,000 sq/ft building, expanded to 15,000 sq/ft in 2017, and by 2021, we grew into a 33,000 sq/ft facility. Next week, we’re making another leap forward into a 138,000 sq/ft space, and it’s hard to put into words the pride I feel for this team and how far we’ve come together. Along the way, we’ve done more than grow a business. We’ve learned this industry as a team and built a work family with a culture I’m incredibly proud of. We’ve celebrated new babies, seen children graduate high school and college, watched marriages unfold, and everything in between. In 2015, we lost a co-founder, but we still carry on his traditions and honor his legacy every day. This next chapter feels fittingly named “Lookout.” Yes, it’s the street address of our new building—but it also feels like a call to “look out” for what’s ahead. We’re ready to make an impact, and it’s going to be huge. Here’s to what’s next! #Growth #NextChapter #Teamwork #Lookout Universal Screens

Yesterday we had the extreme privilege of joining our friends over at KJ Custom Screens & Outdoor Living in welcoming this distinguished Army veteran and his sweet family into their brand new home. We know this backyard is going to be filled with family, friends, and lots of love for many years to come. We are truly honored to have been a part of this amazing project! Happy Veterans Week! #DallasLiving #TexasLiving #VeteransDay #IrvingTexas #GivingBack

It’s been almost a year since we joined the Hunter Douglas family, and one of the biggest things we’ve gained is the culture of collaboration. This week, two of our team members are in Colorado, getting hands-on at an Installation training class. Now, we don’t install drapes—and probably never will—so maybe they’ll just come back able to hang their own curtains at home! But in all seriousness, they’re there to see how Hunter Douglas runs these trainings. The goal? To learn the methods and teaching techniques that make Hunter Douglas’s training programs so effective. By observing how they approach hands-on learning, we’re picking up ideas on how to bring the same clarity and structure to our own programs. It’s a fun reminder that collaboration isn’t always about doing the exact same thing—it’s about sharing strengths, learning from each other, and finding new ways to improve, together.
