Unity Grow is an innovative company that provides training and coaching for non-profits, social innovators, and executives in the scientific field of well-being and positive change. We equip teams and individuals with the tools to reach their full potential and empower others. These skills aren’t taught in a traditional academic setting, yet they are at the heart of what it takes to flourish in work and in life. We primarily serve individuals and organizations working in Latin America, Europe and the Global South. We employ qualified coaches and facilitators trained in a "whole-being" approach and use scientifically validated tools.
