Recently, the Unity Construction team had the privilege of partnering with the City of Dallas and the AAGD Community Service Committee and joining forces to beautify the White Rock Lake area! We spent the day alongside fellow volunteers weeding garden beds, picking up trash, pressure washing, and painting – all in support of Paula Blackmon's District 9. It’s part of our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve and love. A big shout-out to the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas for organizing this impactful event and for their ongoing efforts to support North Texas communities in need. Every year, they lead incredible projects benefiting local shelters, food pantries, and children’s services. We're excited to share our latest exterior project at Turtle Creek, a 207-unit, 6-story high-rise! The Unity team replaced the wood trim around windows with new durable Aurora synthetic trim, refreshed the sealants, and gave the entire building a fresh coat of paint using a swing stage setup. We also upgraded six balcony doors on the 6th floor with larger full-glass doors, eliminating the old transom design for a modern look!
