The January California wild fires forced over 200,000 LA residents to evacuate their homes, destroying more than 18,000 structures, and burned over 57,000 acres of land. This devastating event has left thousands of families without a home and daily essentials. ? In response, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) has launched ReBuild LA, a long-term response campaign to provide aid, housing and essential supplies to the victims who lost everything. ? "When we heard about the fires, we were devastated. Our family, friends and partners were in real danger and we had to show support. Habitat for Humanity is an incredible organization and their launch of Habitat LA was going to help the people who needed it the most. We wanted to support Habitat LA and by the truckload we donated over 10,000 units of bedding essentials to their campaign," said Gordian Tork, Chairman & CEO of Uniters Group.
