Today, we are excited to join United Way Worldwide in unveiling a refreshed brand, reflecting our global reach and lasting impact as one of the largest and oldest privately funded charities. This brand refresh celebrates the 137-year history of United Way Worldwide and the 85-year history of our own United Way of Southeast Mississippi. This represents our commitment to evolving and innovating to meet the changing needs of our local communities . It’s all about uniting for even greater impact, now and in the future. We are thrilled to share that the our "CAN"Paign Kickoff Event- Community Wide Food Drive was a tremendous success! We collected nearly 1,000 pounds of food to benefit Edwards Street Fellowship Center, Christian Services, Inc., and Hope Community Collective! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, volunteered, and spread the word. Your generosity is making a meaningful impact in our community, helping to provide nourishment and support to those in need! Also, a big thank you to our local Corner Market teams for hosting this awesome event! Together, we are making a difference! Your contributions show the power of community and compassion. Thank you for standing together and supporting our neighbors. ??

This Thursday, October 17 we will be hosting a food drive to support local families in need. Your contributions can make a real difference in our community! All items collected will be given to Edwards Street Fellowship Center, Christian Services, Inc. and Hope Community Collective! ?? When: THIS THURSDAY October 17th ?? Where: Corner Market in Petal, Midtown, and Oak Grove ? Time: 7 AM until 3 PM Every can, box, or bag will help us provide meals to those who need it most. A BIG thank you to Forrest Health for hosting another amazing United Way agency fair for their employees to kickoff their campaign! This event was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the incredible work of our partner agencies and rally support for our organization! We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the Forrest General Campaign Committee for their outstanding work on this kickoff event!! What a fun night with our friends at Cadence Bank! A huge THANK YOU to the Cadence Bank team for hosting an incredible Bowling Family Night to kickoff their Pacesetter Campaign! ?? We are also incredibly thankful for their generous corporate donation to our organization! Your support plays a crucial role in helping us make a positive impact in our community! We kicked off this year's Pacesetter Campaign with our friends at Anderson Design Center! Under the leadership of Allen Anderson and Campaign Coordinator Holland Askew, the Anderson Design Center team raised over $14,000 last year for United Way! We are so thankful for the Anderson team! #pacesetter ??
