Welcoming Dr. Riley Cox to East El Paso Animal Hospital! ?? Dr. Riley Cox, a 2024 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, has officially joined our team! With a deep passion for surgery, Dr. Cox finds true satisfaction in diagnosing and treating his patients’ health issues. He’s always eager to learn new procedures and appreciates the hands-on, rewarding nature of surgical care. ???? Dr. Cox first connected with East El Paso Animal Hospital during his clinical externship, where he instantly felt at home thanks to our supportive staff and doctors. Encouragement from his mentor, Dr. Schoemann, solidified his decision to become part of the UVC family here in El Paso. Since joining, Dr. Cox has enjoyed incredible mentorship and camaraderie with our skilled team. The fast-paced, diverse caseloads have not only kept him on his toes but have also strengthened his confidence and expertise as a new doctor. While his journey began alongside his beloved childhood dog, Buster, who recently passed away, Dr. Cox honors Buster’s memory by bringing the same loyalty and dedication to every pet he cares for. ????
