Regulatory Compliance: Given the often complex and evolving nature of regulations in the agricultural sector, we provide resources, guidance, and expertise to assist members in navigating and adhering to these requirements. Our chief of staff started as an accounting administrator, and our head of IT was a help desk technician. Why? We quickly noticed their strengths and crafted new roles for them. Roll Up Your Sleeves: From the way we run our board meetings to our HR events, we give employees significantly more power than a traditional healthcare company. Our leadership team works in the trenches, and we don’t privilege an opinion because of someone’s salary or status.
