UnitedAg is a member-owned agricultural trade association with a clear focus on addressing the needs of its members within the agricultural industry. The organization serves several key functions:
1. Employee Benefits: We are dedicated to meeting the employee benefit needs of our member companies by providing access and assistance with employee benefit programs, such as health benefits and other benefits that are crucial for agricultural businesses to attract and retain talent.
2. Legislative Advocacy: We advocate on behalf of our members with lawmakers to ensure that the policies and regulations affecting the industry are favorable and consider the concerns of their members.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Given the often complex and evolving nature of regulations in the agricultural sector, we provide resources, guidance, and expertise to assist members in navigating and adhering to these requirements.
