United Way of Florence County is pleased to offer a free, comprehensive training session on Results-Based Accountability (RBA) to help local agencies understand the RBA framework and navigate our grant application process. What is Results-Based Accountability? Results-Based Accountability is a method used to ensure that programs or actions lead to meaningful outcomes. It focuses on setting clear goals, measuring progress, and holding responsible parties accountable for achieving those goals. Rather than just tracking activities, RBA emphasizes the importance of producing real, positive results. This training is open to the Florence community, so please feel free to share this post with others who you believe may be interested. We hope to see you there!
