Join UTA Members at our Annual Lobby Day in Sacramento to educate legislators on the issues important to our organization, including the following: Ensuring there are appropriate limitations on the mandatory forbearance and foreclosure relief proposed in Assembly Bill 238 regarding wildfire-impacted properties in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Support for UTA’s fourth (!) SB 1079 clean-up bill, AB 1158 (Chen) which is currently in spot bill format, but will be amended to include various needed limitations on the inappropriate use of the post-auction bid process.
