Remember awhile back when we posted a beautiful rendering of a storage facility located off of the Loop 303 in Surprise? This project is now well underway and almost nearing completion! This giant storage facility is being built on prime real estate, right off of Loop 303 and Cactus Road, in the largely expanding Surprise, Arizona. Featuring an extensive collection of exterior drive-up storage units, and plenty of indoor air-conditioned units as well, this facility will be able to accommodate most storage needs. ? This development continues to grow day-by-day, with the northern portion currently under construction! The portion that has been completed has already won the 2024 NAIOP's Best Retail Project of the Year Award, and it was also a 2024 RED Awards Mixed-Use Project of the Year Finalist!
