The use, misuse, and abuse of substances are a continued public health concern in this country and around the world. "In states where #kratom is legal, more than 80% of tobacco and vape specialty stores reported selling it. In states where it is illegal – Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Vermont, Wisconsin and Rhode Island – most stores reported not selling the substance. But in Rhode Island, some 40% of the surveyed establishments reported selling the illegal supplement, the researchers said."
