Meet United States Bartenders' Guild Bar Summit Speaker Theodore A. Breaux
T. A. Breaux is a native New Orleanian, research scientist, and distiller with over 30 years of experience studying absinthe. He is the founder of Jade Liqueurs and co-directed the effort to lift the USA’s 95-year ban on absinthe, as well as the last remnants of the original French ban. Breaux has been featured in numerous international television appearances (The History Channel, Discovery Channel, CBS, MSNBC, Travel Channel, PBS, etc.) and is a co-author of peer-reviewed scientific studies on vintage absinthe, as well as the book Absinthe: The Exquisite Elixir (Chicago Review Press / Fulcrum - ISBN: 1682750019).
