Wow. NTDC in Indianapolis was such an experience! I’m proud of both Carl Thederahn of United Petroleum Transports and Dennis Rollins of Florida Rock and Tanklines for making it to Nationals. Two really great drivers/people! I’m so excited to see if they’ll make it back to Nationals next year. Thank you to American Trucking Association for putting on such a great event!

We are proud to announce that our President and CEO Matt Herndon joined Governor Kevin Stitt, Senator Darrell Weaver, State Representative Erick Harris, and several trucking industry leaders to celebrate the passage of Senate Bill 1930. The bill encourages transportation companies to enact enhanced safety protocols while ensuring employees are not misclassified. Matt Herndon commented: “We’re very proud to get this bill across the finish line. It certainly could not have been done without the hard work of many professionals in our industry. Many thanks to the Oklahoma Legislature and Governor Stitt for supporting this legislation.” The bill goes into effect on November 1 of this year.
