As a Board Member, Steve will work closely with the executive leadership team to enhance the company's service offerings and market share growth. With over 40 years of experience in the mechanical services industry, Steve brings invaluable expertise and a proven track record of success in scaling contracting businesses for the future. Previously, Steve served as Senior Vice President at ACCO Engineered Systems, helping grow its service organization into one of the largest independent operators in the country. During his 20+ year tenure, Steve also served on the board of Sunbelt Controls as it experienced substantial growth in Northern California and beyond. Prior to his tenure at ACCO and Sunbelt, Steve held leadership positions at York International, that spanned the western U.S. He has been actively involved in industry organizations, including Local 342, Local 467, and the MCA Northern California board. He holds a B.S. in Finance and associate’s degree in Refrigeration and HVAC. Welcome to TEAM UNITED, Steve!
