United Mechanical and Flushing Specialists (UM&FS) was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Bay Metals and Fabrication, LLC and Accurate Marine Environmental, LLC. Primarily operating in the Hampton Road ship repair industry, UM&FS is an industry leader in providing mechanical system flushing and cleaning solutions for the USN, MSC, USCG, and commercial industry. Following extensive repairs or for planned maintenance, diesel engines, generators, and complex mechanical systems are required to be flushed with high velocity heated fluids to remove contaminants prior to system operation. UM&FS has the capability to rapidly mobilize with small footprint comprehensive flushing modules to any ship, military base, or job site in the world. Whether it is a high velocity hot oil flush, a chemically treated deionized water flush, or extensive mechanical or chemical cleaning, UM&FS provides a turnkey solution to our valued customers.
