The day wrapped up with our Cornhole Tournament, where Thomas and Matthew (Dem Franchise Boyz) claimed victory and the $200 cash prize! ???? We also celebrated the success of the UFG Cares 'Pack the Pantry' food drive, which stocked pantries at Palm Beach County's four homeless shelters and donated over 15lbs of non-perishable items. ?? Ray's journey from founding Signarama in 1986 to leading an international family of brands highlights his unwavering commitment to family, legacy, and service. ?? On Success – "Success means so many different things to different people. To me, it's always been about our family and faith and being successful the right way: to be able to be someone who does what they say they're going to do and lives by it." ?? On Personal Drive – "It used to be my kids... Now, it's grandkids. I always go back to family and legacy and being able to leave them in an enviable position where they can go into the business if they want, or follow their dreams." ?? On Professional Motivation – "It's our 250 direct employees and 6,000 [franchise] employees. How do you raise the bar of the company and employees and keep doing better? It's been lifelong learning, embracing change, whether it's AI or whatever's coming next." ?? On Evolving as a Leader – "Everybody evolves differently. Mine has been patience and thinking things out as I've gotten older. I don't get as angry. I've always been intense, driven and focused. It's more how I've changed as an individual." ??
