Attention!! On Friday, September 27th, an off-site Employee Recognition event is planned for all employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations.?Division personnel will not be available after 11:30 A.M. on this date.?As a result, the following changes to priority services for filing submissions will be in effect: ·???????No Same Day priority service. ·???????30-minute and one-hour priorities must be submitted by 10:00 A.M. ·???????All two-hour priorities must be received by 9:00 A.M.?? ·???????All 24-hour priorities must be received by the state by 12:00 P.M. Although the Delaware Secretary of State employees will be offsite, UCS will still be able to perform the following services: ·???????Obtain Good Standing Certificates/Certified Copies/Status checks ·???????File annual reports and pay franchise taxes ·???????Obtain Apostilles ·???????Conduct UCC searches ·???????File UCC1 and UCC3 electronically ·???????Submit filings up until 10:29 P.M. Please keep in mind that there is also the option of submitting documents using September 27th as the future effective date and receiving the evidence of filing before Friday. Expect delays for receiving evidence of filing when the state reopens on Monday, September 30th.?? Also note that in preparation for the event, on Thursday, September 26th, the night shift for the Delaware Secretary of State plans to adjust their hours from 4:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. to 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.?Filings submitted after 10:00 PM on this date will possibly not be reviewed until the following day or the following week.? Effective immediately UCS will no longer be able to provide NYS franchise tax searches. Please read below a message from the NYS Franchise Tax Search Unit. Important Information Regarding New York Franchise Tax Searches Corporation tax search information now available online As of August 15, 2024, we will no longer process requests for corporate tax searches. Information about return filings or open assessments is available to the business online. Where can corporation tax information be found online? In its Online Services account, a business can obtain a Consolidated Statement of Tax Liabilities showing its outstanding assessments, as well as review its account for outstanding returns. To obtain a statement, the business must: 1. Log in to its Business Online Services account. 2. Select the ≡ Services menu in the upper-left corner of the Account Summary homepage. 3. Select Payments, bills, and notices, then choose View and print your statement from the expanded menu. 4. At the bottom of Consolidated Statement page, select Print. To review for outstanding returns, the business must: 1. Scroll down to the Filings and payments section of its Account Summary homepage, then select Corporation tax. 2. Review each tax year to determine whether a return is on file for every filing period displayed. 3. Any returns filed for the selected period will display. If no returns are on file, a status message will alert you. Print each liability period page for your records.
