United Communities Assistance Network aims to educate and empower youth of color and their families. Since 2003, our programs have helped people advance socio-economically, enabling responsible citizens who embrace their communities and cultures. UCAN believes that the foundation of any developmental pursuit is the community. We partner with local churches and faith-based organizations to provide educational and leadership programming, tailored to the unique needs of each group.
