Yesterday, our Seguin Facility hit an incredible milestone—6 months with no lost time incidents! The last lost time occurred in April, and we’re committed to making that our last one. ?? In addition, we’ve achieved a 40% reduction in recordable injuries?compared to 2023, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team. Safety is deeply embedded in our culture at UA, and every employee takes it seriously. Our motto, "Safety Always,"?isn’t just words—it’s a commitment we live by every day. These programs offer students the opportunity to develop practical, in-demand skills while fostering a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. We're excited to welcome Sarah Gibbons to the United Alloy team as our new Workforce Development Specialist at our Janesville Facility! In her role, Sarah will be instrumental in developing and maintaining employee training programs, creating learning content, and ensuring accurate training records. She will also facilitate new hire orientations and support youth development and community outreach initiatives. Sarah's background in customer service and leadership roles brings a unique perspective to her work in training and workforce development. Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mom of three, an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and an elephant enthusiast. She recently took the trip of a lifetime to South Africa with her husband to visit elephants, inspired by their oldest child’s social work internship abroad.
