Congrats to Sam Vargas, our Employee of the Month at our Seguin facility! Sam has been recognized for his exceptional problem-solving abilities and his proactive approach to ensuring the TTX line runs smoothly. He consistently takes the initiative to address issues before they escalate. Recently, when a crucial part of our TTX line kept shutting down, Sam didn’t wait for it to become a bigger problem. Instead, he worked closely with maintenance to replace a faulty part, getting the oven back up and running. Sam also lent a hand to another team to help them get back on track.
