UNITE HERE HEALTH is a multi-employer Taft-Hartley Trust Fund governed by a Board of Trustees composed of union and employer representatives. Our mission is to provide health benefits that offer high-quality, affordable healthcare to our participants at better value with better service than is otherwise available in the market. We believe our success depends on innovation and on engaging our participants. For several decades, UNITE HERE HEALTH has served UNITE HERE! union workers in the hospitality, food service and gaming industries. Congratulations to our inaugural class of Leading the BETTER Way, The Legacy Builders! Leading the BETTER Way is UNITE HERE HEALTH’s leadership development program developed in-house by our Human Resources team. The program aims to develop leadership skills, promote cultural ideals, encourage network building across regions, and more! The program included content presented by organization leaders, interactive workshops, book club discussions and much more! Leaders got the chance to collaborate on hands-on group projects, expand their organizational knowledge, and build strong networks. We look forward to continuing the program and our commitment to developing 5-star leaders at UNITE HERE HEALTH.
