Alejandro is a postdoctoral researcher at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) within the Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany. His research focuses on combinatorial optimization using both analog and digital quantum computing, simulation of quantum systems using HPC systems, and cross-platform evaluation of quantum devices. In addition to his research, he has contributed to the development of various quantum computing libraries, including Qiskit, Pennylane, D-Wave Ocean, and OpenQAOA. His contribution to the development of combinatorial optimization applications in the quantum computing library OpenQAOA was founded through the Unitary Foundation grant program. ??     ?? ????????????????????????! New grant awarded to Le Vu Trung Duong, Vu Tuan Hai, and Pham Hoai Luan for the project QIMAX: A Quantum Emulator on FPGA for High Power Efficiency. Le is an assistant Professor and Principal Investigator at the Computing Architecture Laboratory, Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan. His research focuses on high-performance hardware for quantum computing, particularly FPGA-based quantum emulation and accelerator design. As the lead architect of FQsun: A Wave Function-Based Quantum Emulator, he has developed innovations in memory optimization, quantum gate scheduling, and multi-precision computation, significantly improving quantum simulation efficiency. Vu is a researcher at NAIST, specializing in quantum emulation and computational optimization. His contributions to FQsun focus on performance enhancement through efficient memory management and gate-level optimizations. Pham is an assistant Professor at Computing Architecture Laboratory-NAIST with expertise in quantum hardware acceleration and FPGA-based quantum simulators.
