This morning, our Executive Vice President, Cathy, and Little Chute Branch Manager, Erika, proudly presented a $2,500 check to Chief Meister and Lieutenant Wery of the Fox Valley Metro Police Dept to fund the purchase of an IDent 2.0 Fingerprint Scanner! This state-of-the-art technology represents a significant step forward for the Fox Valley Metro Police Department in law enforcement. The IDent 2.0 will: ? Enhance public safety by leveraging advanced technology for accurate criminal identification. ?Reduce the risk of mistaken identity, particularly in our diverse Fox Valley community. ?Address identity theft, which continues to be one of the most significant challenges worldwide—Fox Valley Metro Police have already handled 134 fraud and identity theft cases in 2023 and 2024. ?Support officer safety by identifying dangerous individuals who may attempt to evade justice. Unison is committed to fostering safety, security, and innovation in our community.
