Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Today we are highlighting two of our associates who make this holiday such a special one across Western New York: Virginia Henderson, Uniland’s Real Estate Tax & Insurance Manager & Sr. Drum Sergeant with the Gordon Highlanders - D Company Buffalo City Guard since 1979; and Joshua Estrada, our Systems Administrator & Piper with "D" Company since '21! Here are some photos of them at Buffalo's 2025 St. Patrick's Day Parade, Ms. Henderson being honored for her 45 years of service with the Guard earlier this year, and her marching at a previous year's City of Lackawanna Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

A leader on the National Association of Women in Construction Buffalo Niagara Board, Ms. Maloney has over 20 years of industry experience, including leading some of Buffalo’s most prominent recent construction work.
