Letting go is hard… But here’s the secret: You don’t have to do it alone. To make it easy, focus on: 1. What to do. 2. How to do it. Translation? ?? Information + Resources. Office mandates don’t increase productivity. They increase resignations. Forcing people back into an office doesn't make them work harder. (It makes them wonder why they're working for you.) If your team: → Works on a laptop all day. → Spends half their time on Zoom. → Communicates mainly via email, chat, or calls. → Used to work remotely and delivered results. Why do they need to be in an office? Return-to-office mandates aren’t about teamwork, They’re about: → Managers who don’t know how to lead without hovering. → Presenteeism—rewarding being seen over actual results. → Forcing people out—because leadership knows mandates will make some quit. Offer an office if people want it. But don’t force it. Your best employees don’t need to be in the building to do great work. They just need trust. And when you trust your people? They deliver 5x as much. シ ?? Smash that repost button! ?? ?? Follow Jordan Murphy ???? for more. ?? QUICK VOTE ?? Do R-T-O Mandates Increase productivity? (Comment Yes or No Below) ↓

The Creator Economy's Hidden Truth: I've been noticing something alarming across my LinkedIn feed lately. While everyone's talking about the "creator economy boom," the reality is much different for most creators trying to build sustainable businesses. The truth? About 80% of creators are struggling to monetize effectively in 2025. Why is this happening right now? ?? Platform algorithm changes are crushing organic reach ?? AI content is flooding feeds, making it harder to stand out ?? Economic uncertainty has tightened marketing budgets ?? The "just create content" advice isn't enough anymore At Brain Apes, we've helped creators add over 1M+ followers this year alone, but what's more important is how we've turned those followers into actual revenue. Here's what's actually working for the top 20% of creators right now: 1. Strategic positioning that makes you UNIGNORABLE 2. Creating content that attracts qualified buyers (not just any audience) 3. Building scalable systems that don't require you to work 24/7 4. Developing multiple revenue streams beyond just "courses" I recently worked with a founder who was creating content daily but seeing zero traction. Within 90 days of implementing our framework, they added 8K targeted followers and closed their first $20K client. The difference wasn't working harder—it was working smarter. And letting us do all the heavy lifting for them. The creator economy isn't dying, but it is evolving. Those who adapt their strategy now will thrive while others continue to struggle. So I'm curious: What's your biggest challenge in monetizing your expertise right now? Is it audience growth, offer creation, or something else entirely? If you're ready to stop the content hamster wheel and start seeing real results, let's talk. Our strategy sessions book out days and weeks in advance, but they're worth the wait. Turn what you love into what you do. シ ?? Smash that repost button! ?? ?? Follow Jordan Murphy ???? for more. ?? Is your reach down right now? Tell me in the comments... ↓

The advice I wish I could’ve given myself 12 years ago: Sh*tty pay is a sign of bad culture. And where there's smoke, there's fire. The easy but tricky key: Create a culture people never wanna leave. ↓ You won’t keep everyone forever. That’s reality. But you can build an environment that makes walking away a tough decision. Fair pay is a non-negotiable, but there's more... Build a culture that makes employees: ? Rant, rave and recruit their friends ? Stay, upskill and create more income ? Return, because they realized what they had Because here’s the truth: ?? A competitive paycheck keeps folks around. But a toxic culture? That’ll push em out the door fast. ?? You can offer all the perks in the world. But your best people won’t stay if the culture sucks. ↓ Employees stay where they feel valued. Recognize their hard work. Pay them well. Lead them better. Build it so they don’t want to walk away. (Give them a place to build their future) シ ?? Smash that repost button! ?? ?? Follow Jordan Murphy ???? for more. ?? What's more important - PAY or CULTURE? Making money online isn’t hard, but it can be tricky to balance everything. Because so many things are of equal relative importance. A delicate dance between risk, priority, and responsibility. Just like this video—catches ball, drops baby, catches baby, never drops his beer. Without each component in business, the engine might not function properly. (mini-checklist below) And that includes a competent founder/operator. The good thing is that once you put in the work, you’ll finally “get” it. And once you “get” it, making money is easy. You can practically print money. But you need to play long enough to learn. The crazy thing is that you’ll become the driving force of success regardless of paradigm shifts and the expiration of trends or other market factors that cause financial instability. Basically, the more shit you go through, the better you get at going through shit. Such is life… lol So let’s say you’ve nailed: → Your Offer → Your Niche → Your Fulfillment And: → Your GTM Strategy → Your Marketing Plan Simplified, you know what you do, for whom, how you’re going to tell the world and make it known. It’s at this crucial point, I see many founders fail. Why? They need more attention. They need to test and iterate. They need to become known. If you’re getting ignored by your prospects, you’ll struggle to make money and keep playing the game. Your financial runway will collapse. Your business will fail. But you don’t have to go through that. I failed 4x as a founder before I figured it out with Brain Apes. Now we run your favorite creators. (Want to grow just like them?) 11 Brutal Truths Your Employer Needs to Read: 1. Feedback isn’t optional—it’s survival. Ignoring employee input? You’re flying blind. 2. Toxic culture = high churn. And when employees leave, customers follow. 3. Gossip kills teams. A culture of whispers will wreck trust—stamp it out fast. 4. Rewarding overwork = demanding burnout. Praising late nights? Expect more resignations. 5. Employee experience predicts customer experience. Happy teams create happy clients. It’s that simple. 6. Micromanagement murders productivity. If you need to control everything, you’ve already lost. 7. Top talent won’t stay if they’re not growing. If they can’t see their future with you, they’ll find it elsewhere. 8. When your best people leave, look in the mirror. It’s never just about money. It’s about leadership. 9. Untrained managers = unmanaged teams. Leadership is a skill, not a title. Develop your people. 10. Underpaying talent is a guaranteed loss. Fair pay isn’t a perk—it’s the baseline. 11. Reinforce core values consistently. A mission statement means nothing if you don’t live it. Times are changing. Top talent prioritizes their lifestyle. That’s why people-first businesses are winning. And the smartest founders are leveraging LinkedIn to attract top talent by making their culture and beliefs known (not just selling to their prospects). ↓ See, making something known is advertising. What you make known becomes your brand. The key is getting more and more attention. That's what we do at Brain Apes. We don’t just grow LinkedIn accounts. We transform: ?? Experts into authorities ?? Most leaders fail their team in one critical way. And they don’t even see it coming. A real leader does more than drive results. They shield their team from hidden threats that break trust, tank morale, and drain performance. After working with 100+ startups, I discovered: Teams thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported. Here’s 5 things that destroy a strong team quickly: ? Toxicity: Negativity spreads like wildfire, killing momentum. ? Blame Culture: Fear of mistakes stifles innovation and honesty. ? Silent Overwork: Teams running on fumes to “prove” their value. ? Lack of Recognition: Unnoticed effort leads to quiet quitting. ? Office Politics: Gossip and favoritism fracture collaboration. And here’s 5 ways to fortify your team: ? Listen Deeply: Make every voice feel valued and heard. ? Model Work-Life Balance: Burnout starts at the top. Set the example. ? Recognize Contribution: Celebrate progress, not just outcomes. ? Create Psychological Safety: Innovation thrives where failure isn’t fatal. ? Lead with Integrity: Show up with fairness, respect, and real care. The result? ? Confident, engaged, high-performing teams. ? Unstoppable creativity and problem-solving. ? A workplace where people actually want to show up and give their best. Be the leader they deserve. ↓ At Brain Apes, we help founders create powerhouse teams that operate at their highest level—without burnout, micromanagement, or toxic culture. One of my team members said they were heading to another country for a month in a 1 on 1. Before they could even explain why, I told them: I don’t need to know why. Because here’s how we work: Work from a new country every month? ? No problem. Need an hour for the gym in the middle of the day? ? All good. Taking the morning off to watch your kid’s recital? ? Love that for you. Working from the beach with a laptop and a cocktail? ? Just don’t spill it. It’s simple: We don’t track hours. We track output. You know what needs to get done. You know how you do your best work. So do that. The world is changing. The best people don’t work where they’re forced to. They work where they’re trusted to. And at Brain Apes? Trust is the foundation. シ ?? Help your network. Smash that repost button. ?? Follow Jordan Murphy ???? for more. ?? Wheres your favorite place to work?

Leadership isn’t about being the loudest. It’s about making sure the whole orchestra plays in harmony. A great leader doesn’t hog the spotlight. Doesn’t play every instrument. Doesn’t try to do it all. Instead, they bring in the right people. They make sure every player hits their note at the right time. They create momentum. It’s NOT about: → Doing everything yourself → Controlling every little thing → Making sure you always get the credit It’s about: → Building something bigger than you → Helping people hear their own potential → Setting the rhythm so the whole team moves together Your impact isn’t measured by how well you perform. It’s measured by the transformation you create for others. The best leaders don’t take the stage. They build the stage. That’s the role. That’s the privilege. That’s the real power. Leadership isn’t about making noise. It’s about creating something worth listening to. ↓ Want more people to tune in and listen? I’ll help you become unignorable.
