Construction on the Wooded Glen Recovery Center is underway, and our #PennsaukenNJ, location is excited to contribute to this important project for Summit Behavioral Health and Alpha Construction. The Pennsauken team, featuring Bob G. (Team Leader), Erica G. (#ProjectManager), Val R. (Assistant Project Manager), and Tessa B. (#Engineer), has been dedicated to delivering excellence and supporting the successful completion of this vital facility. The project involves the #construction of a one-story, pre-engineered metal building designed to expand the existing behavioral #healthfacility in Henryville, Indiana. The new structure will feature office spaces, group activity rooms, and a recreation area, all designed to enhance the facility's capacity to support its programs. Our team is focused on ensuring the seamless execution of this project, combining our expertise, collaboration, and attention to detail at every stage.

Exciting update on the #Rivermark Northern Liberties project in #Philadelphia, PA, led by General Contractor Daniel J. Keating Company: our #PennsaukenNJ, location has furnished all hollow metal doors, architectural wood doors, prehung doors, and finished hardware for this exciting redevelopment project. The renovation features 45,000 square feet of #retailspace, 470 #multifamily units, and a range of amenities, including water features, art installations, fitness centers, rooftop lounges, game rooms, and beyond. This transformation not only elevates the former Festival Pier but also provides a dynamic environment for community members to live, shop, work, and connect. We’re proud to have leveraged our expertise to support the Daniel J. Keating Company in this ambitious redevelopment, which will have a significant, positive impact on the #neighborhood.
