The BAC Local #3 NY plays a crucial role in the success and growth of the masonry and tile industries through its apprenticeship programs in Rochester, Buffalo, and the Southern Tier. These programs focus on training apprentices in various skills including bricklaying, block laying, concrete work, plastering, restoration, and tile setting, with the goal of producing highly skilled, versatile journeymen who can meet the industry's evolving challenges. The apprenticeship program is a four-year commitment, combining on-the-job training with continuing education.
