Trailblazing Success - Valbona Ajeti embarked on her entrepreneurial journey 10 years ago with a group of women who shared their passion for preparing pickles, ajvar, and jam. Valbona steadily grew her sales but needed an even stronger strategy and an advanced business mindset. In late 2014, UNDP’s Economic Resilience Programme supported Valbona in enhancing her business operations and business profile, leading to better opportunities. Making an impact together! The court archive is more than just paperwork, it is the backbone of the court system’s legacy and a vital safeguard for access to justice. We are proud to witness the impact of our access to justice project firsthand at the Basic Court of Gjakov?/Djakovica, alongside our institutional beneficiaries the Judicial Council, and partners UNMIK. Building on successes in Mitrovic?/a North and Ferizaj/Uro?evac, we visited the Basic Court of Gjakov?/Djakovica, where we have successfully established a modern archive facility in the new court building. This facility will provide easy access to thousands of case files dating back decades. Through this work, court archives are evolving from mere record rooms into dynamic, modern facilities that enable faster access to both physical and digital case files.
