Thriving organizational cultures don't rely on compliance to produce accountability, ownership, and productivity. Instead, they operate with clarity of mission, vision, and values to foster freedom, responsibility, and commitment. It turns out that you can exceed your growth targets while also investing in the formation of your people when you intentionally integrate strategy, culture, and people. The Undivided Life leadership method is a pathway to have your cake and eat it, too.

“In some ways, suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning, such as the meaning of a sacrifice.” Viktor Frankl Join Undivided Life co-founders Jeff Schiefelbein and Nick Bezner in the final months of promotion, fundraising, partnerships, and personal invitations to support the theatrical release of Triumph of the Heart this fall.
Watching Triumph of the Heart can be a gut-wrenching experience as you find yourself transported to Auschwitz with Maximilian Kolbe and the nine other men who were made to suffer and die in a starvation chamber. But this isn’t a story of suffering. It’s a story of TRIUMPH. Kolbe is known by many for saving the life of one man by offering to take his place in the cell after the Nazis sentenced ten prisoners to a cruel death. But film director Anthony D'Ambrosio illuminates a different side of this story by connecting us to Kolbe’s higher purpose. Kolbe entered the cell in an act of love. He didn’t just take the place of one prisoner, he answered the call to accompany the nine other men as they journey into death and beyond it. When the feature-length film hits theaters in the fall, moviegoers will have the opportunity experience their own Triumph of the Heart. If you want to ensure that this film reaches more theaters, more viewers, and more hearts, connect with me. The harvest is plentiful.

Co-create with us!
I struggle to call Undivided Life a “consulting” firm. In addition to “giving expert advice,” we deploy our God-given abilities and talents to form, modify, and advance the positive impacts of every stakeholder we encounter. More simply, we answer the call to be co-creators. Recognizing our call to be co-creators with and for others and to be co-creators with and for the God of creation, we lead with faith, pursue excellence, find solutions, live joyfully, serve the common good, and inspire others each week before we rest on the seventh. The result of this valued approach to daily business is a worthy mission. **************** OUR MISSION Undivided Life uses timeless principles to co-create thriving company cultures, resulting in the sustainable growth of both the organization and the human person. **************** If this mission is interesting to you, I’d love to connect. ?I’m available through LinkedIn’s direct message function anytime. “YCP was already growing rapidly, but now we’re thriving with the help of Undivided Life.” – Peter Blute, Executive Director About seven months ago, we experienced our first major leadership transition as an organization. This crucial moment marked the shift in leadership from founder Jenn Baugh to our new Executive Director, Peter Blute. We could not have navigated this transition as successfully or as smoothly as we did without the guidance of our partners at Undivided Life. It’s incredible what we can achieve when we work together for Christ. Read more about our partnership with Undivided Life here: https://lnkd.in/dxAdt88i

Don’t miss out on a great start to each new week by subscribing to our newsletter Thank God It’s Monday!
I could hardly believe the guest list as I scrolled through the names: George W. Bush, then President Bill Clinton, Gerald and Betty Ford, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter, Nancy Reagan, Rev. Billy Graham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chuck Norris, Kevin Costner, and many former heads of state from around the world. The George Bush Presidential Library was opening the following week on campus, and I had waited several hours to get one of the few tickets reserved for current students at Texas A&M University. The opening ceremonies would start midday on November 6, 1997, several months into the first semester of my sophomore year. Unfortunately, I had a conflict that day - - an accounting test. With my ticket to the ceremony in hand, I visited my accounting professor’s office for a quick chat and a request. I wanted to find a different time to take the test so that I could attend this historic event. (continue reading) https://lnkd.in/grcaHHun
