At work, neurodivergent people still face challenges like stigma, burnout, and higher unemployment rates. Companies have started neurodiversity initiatives to improve the situation, but is it just marketing fluff? Rae Jacobson, from Understood.org’s Hyperfocus, digs into this with Rachel Lowenstein, a brand consultant, culture expert, and content creator who helps leaders make workplaces more inclusive. They discuss how real change can happen – and why it matters to her as a woman who is autistic. Listen to our latest Hyperfocus episode here: https://lnk.to/hyperfocus
