I was completely blown away, caught off guard and totally ecstatic to be named as one of Forbes 50 over 50 along with so many truly inspiring women! Congratulations to Arielle Levy on her promotion to Regional Sales Manager with Undercover Snacks! Arielle and one of her sisters, Jenna, were my inspiration for creating a delicious gluten-free chocolate snack when they were both diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2016 as teenagers. Arielle was the one who kept pushing me to “try something with quinoa” - and it turned out to be a total hit! She’s smart, funny, creative, a fire ball of energy, passionate about Undercover and is going to absolutely kill it in sales! And I’m the luckiest mom ever - getting to build a business with my daughter! Congrats Ari! ??

Wow! Career highlight getting to chat with Whole Foods Market CEO Jason Buechel this week at a Supplier Showcase at WFM's South Capitol Hill store! I never cease to be impressed with Whole Foods commitment to supporting emerging brands and bringing sustainably sourced, better-for-you, great tasting products to store shelves! We are incredibly excited to announce that Whole Foods Market has launched Undercover Snacks 3oz bags of Mini-Crisps nation-wide in three flavors!!! This is especially sweet, because WFM is where it all began.... in one store in Newark, NJ in 2017. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was mixing small batches by hand in a rented commercial kitchen, packaging them myself, dropping them at the back door at Whole Foods, and then running around to the front to do a demo. While we have had products in the NE and NA regions ever since, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity for a national launch!
