The locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, interesting wines from family owned growers, and a thoughtful cocktail and spirits program along with the warm and inviting ambience, will get our guest in. Two hospitality powerhouses our President, Nina Quincy, and our wine director, Sarah Dowling, got to dish with food editor from Cumture Map, Eric Sandler. Yes, Nina really does love the McRib THAT much. We don’t yuck anybody’s yum… but we do laugh when she has them delivered to our steakhouse (Georgia James) for her dinner.
