The Wall Street Journal recently reported a significant rise in seed-stage valuations, with the median pre-money valuation jumping to $14 million—up 33% from 2021. They spoke with seed investors, including Jeff Clavier who explained: “A typical seed round dilution of 20% means a $5-6M raise often leads to a $25-30M post-money valuation.
