?? Celebrating Female Entrepreneurs! ?? At UNCF's Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, we proudly recognize and honor the incredible achievements of female entrepreneurs every single day. Did you know that Black/African American women are spearheading one of the most dynamic shifts in American entrepreneurship? Their contribution is not just remarkable; it's pivotal in driving small business growth across the nation. According to the Wells Fargo 2024 Impact of Women-Owned Businesses Report, the statistics speak volumes. Between 2019 and 2023, Black/African American women-owned businesses experienced a staggering 32.7 percent increase in average revenues. This growth far surpasses the 12.1 percent average for all women-owned businesses during the same period. Let's amplify the voices and successes of these remarkable entrepreneurs who are not only breaking barriers but reshaping the landscape of entrepreneurship.
