Women on Wall Street is a student-led mentorship program within Carolina Women in Business at UNC-Chapel Hill, dedicated to empowering underclassmen women interested in finance. Each year, we select 20-25 underclassmen for our one-on-one mentorship program, pairing them with experienced upperclassmen who have successfully navigated the recruiting process. Additionally, we offer technical prep lessons and recruiting networking sessions, preparing each mentee to navigate the banking recruitment cycle successfully.
