We specialize in Salesforce Implementation and Managed Services, catering to SMBs, Mid-Market, Enterprises, and Nonprofits. Our engagements typically involve Salesforce Implementation Projects or Managed Service contracts. To drive our growth, we are looking for a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive to help us generate leads and close deals through Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Calls, Emails, social media, and other channels. Role Overview As a Business Development / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into customers. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas, preferably in Salesforce services or SaaS-based sales. Key Responsibilities ? Lead Generation & Prospecting ? Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Cold Calls, Emails, and Social Media. ? Research and build a pipeline of potential clients within SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Nonprofit sectors. ? Develop outbound strategies to engage and convert leads into sales opportunities. ? Sales & Business Development ? Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. ? Create sales presentations, and product demos to potential clients. ? Craft and send persuasive proposals tailored to client needs. ? Maintain an active pipeline in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures ? Quota Achievement & Performance ? Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. ? Maintain a consistent deal-closing rate while optimizing conversion rates. ? Continuously track sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes ? Relationship Building & Client Success ? Build and nurture long-term client relationships. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. ? Seek referrals and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Requirements ? Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT consulting sales (preferably Salesforce or SaaS services). ? Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. ? Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and digital lead generation. ? Strong understanding of Salesforce services and Managed Service models is a plus. ? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ? Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. ?
