??Employee Spotlight: Christy Lee Today we're celebrating Christy Lee, our Chief People Officer who's been nurturing the UMS family for 5 incredible years! When she's not leading our people initiatives, Christy embraces her role as the go-to party planner for family and friends. "I love a good theme party and I've gotten pretty good at building balloon arches," she shares. Her idea of perfect relaxation? "Floating around in the pool, with good music playing, and soaking up the sun." True to her sun-loving nature, Christy's dream destinations are beach paradises like Fiji or the Maldives. She's already explored the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and St. Thomas, which she describes as simply "epic!" Looking ahead, Christy is pursuing her SCP (Senior Certified Professional) credentials. "I'm currently in school and although the program is intense, I'm eager to take my HR knowledge to the next level," she explains, showcasing her commitment to professional growth. What does she love most about UMS? "We are a family unit. In the good and bad times, we are here for one another."
