Plus, it's a great way to develop important soft skills like communication, leadership, and teamwork. And let’s not forget internships—they’re fantastic stepping stones for your career. Think of them as part-time gigs during school that could turn into amazing full-time jobs down the line! For Native and Indigenous Heritage Month, we partnered with the University of Maryland's Office of Multicultural Involvement and Community Advocacy to present a list of volunteering and internship resources helpful to Native or Indigenous students.
