On 11 March, 2025, the hull of yard number 321 for BS Offshore arrived at Ulstein Verft, marking the start of a new phase in the construction of the next TWIN X-STERN CSOV vessel. ??? Designed for efficient 'walk-to-work' operations, this vessel will support the offshore wind sector with advanced technology and sustainable solutions. The Energy Duchess, delivered in 2019, is a multipurpose field and platform supply vessel designed by Ulstein Design & Solutions AS. Golden Energy Offshore owns this vessel, which is recognised for its exceptional station-keeping capabilities and provides outstanding stability in challenging environments. Its innovative X-BOW? design contributes to lower fuel consumption and reduced energy usage, particularly during rough seas and transits, which are common for this type of vessel. The Energy Duchess highlights a strong commitment to both efficiency and environmental responsibility. She is prepared for an active heave compensation (AHC) crane and a robust ROV mezzanine deck, enabling it to perform as a survey and construction vessel. The vessel was built in China at Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipments Co., Ltd ('ROC') yard. ?? ?????? ????????????????: ? Equipped with ULSTEIN X-BOW? for improved seakeeping ? ?? We had the pleasure of having ?????????? ??????????????????, owned by S?lvtrans AS, for a brief docking at Ulstein Verft. ? We successfully completed the necessary underwater repairs and had an efficient collaboration with Brunvoll AS on the thrusters. Project Manager H?kon Marius Reitan, Ulstein Verft, highlighted the excellent communication with the crew and the shipowner, which facilitated quick decision-making and helped us meet the tight deadline. ??? We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to welcoming S?lvtrans for future visits.

We're thrilled that the ECOFIVE trawler is finalised and has been delivered to the ship owner Bluewild by Westcon Yards AS today! ?? This is Ulstein Design & Solutions' first FX101 design. The ECOFIVE concept focuses on gentle handling of the catch and the lowest possible energy consumption. We can't wait to follow her journey and see the catch solution in action! The vessel has been securely housed in the dock hall since December and has now been transformed into a state-of-the-art offshore wind service vessel. ??
