Inspection rules This voluntary standard applies to children's clothing primarily made from woven fabrics. It does not apply to clothes with down and feather fillings, clothing with textile fiber fillings, or clothing intended for infants 36 months or younger. Beginning January 2025, Turkey has implemented Communiqué on the Inspection of Certain Textile, Garment and Leather Products - Product Safety and Inspection: 2025/18 (Official Gazette No. 32769). This Communiqué aims to ensure that products in Annex-1 of the Official Gazette dated 23/6/2017 and numbered 30105, which lack technical regulation or human health provisions, comply with the General Product Safety Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 31420 and some published in the Official Gazette dated 3/5/2016 and numbered 29701, to regulate the procedures and principles regarding audits.
