Building owners/facilities managers (50,000 square feet and above) should register for a Data Jam happening this spring to learn how easy it is to cut costs & carbon plus improve public health. ?? These are FREE, guided workshops on tracking your building's utility usage. Register at the link in our bio. ? Completion will equal compliance with the City's Energy Benchmarking and Transparency Ordinance (AKA Thriving Buildings). All Indy buildings 50,000 square feet and larger are required to comply before June 1st. ???? NEW this year, we're taking Data Jams into buildings where facilities managers are making energy efficiency and clean energy improvements. Participants can network and learn how to start similar projects at their own property.

That’s the number of hours in a year. 5.?That’s the number of hours it takes to make a meaningful difference in the career of a young real estate professional. Introducing the ULI Indiana Young Leaders Group Mentorship Program! This pilot program aims to connect Young Leaders Group members (“Mentees”) with established ULI members (“Mentors”) to foster the exchange of professional insights, ideas, and guidance. By sharing your time and expertise, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of real estate professionals while strengthening the future of Indiana’s real estate community. Program Highlights: Three one-on-one meetings per year (minimum). One celebratory happy hour at year’s end to bring everyone together. Our Goals: Pair Mentees with Mentors within the ULI Indiana network to provide fresh perspectives, guidance, and support to professionals early in their careers. Cultivate a community of talented, well-rounded real estate professionals who will drive Indiana’s industry forward. We value your time and understand its importance. To ensure the program’s success, we encourage Mentees to take the lead in scheduling and planning meetings with their Mentors. While we suggest meeting at least three times annually, additional meetings are always welcome.
