Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of touring the recently completed Hotel Perle! Originally constructed in 1920 as The Alberta Hotel, the building has taken on many roles over the years—from hotel to office space and now, back to its roots as a boutique hotel. Developed with new market tax credits, Hotel Perle offers 11 distinctive, spacious suites ranging from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet, along with a charming ground-level cafe. Located at the corner of St. Charles Ave and Julia Street, this project brings both elegance and history back to New Orleans. Thank you to all who came out!
